our mission and objectives

  Our primary purpose is development of services that support the independence of vulnerable people with learning disabilities and/or enduring mental health needs. 


We are responsible for the development and delivery of a range of community-based services in South West and West London. 


We are rooted in our community and see that relationship as integral to our long-term development and sustainability.


Our Mission

Our mission is one that:


  • Support people to live safely and healthily in their own homes
  • Provides the tools and opportunities people need to live independently successfully
  • Ensure people have choice and control over the support they receive

Our Objectives

  Discussion and re-evaluation in 2024 of our strategic priorities has reset our corporate objectives to the achieve the following:

  

  • Objective 1 - That we build services that are financially sustainable and resilient to changes in local markets
  • Objective 2 - That our interventions are quality assured and deliver consistency across our operations and development practice
  • Objective 3 – That the skills, abilities and knowledge of those who work for us or use our services are central to how we design the work around them.
  • Objective 4 - That our operations are scalable, targeted and appropriate to our core business 

Our Primary Business Development Drivers

  The charity has identified four primary drivers shaping it’s business and operational development. To this end the charity will:


  • Develop scalable services to meet future needs of service users and commissioners
  • Build sustainability of existing core service offer for local people
  • Mitigate significant risks and create capacity for growth through identifying alternate income sources
  • Ensure we have the necessary infrastructure to remain competitive scalable, targeted and appropriate to our core business.
